Right At Home Northern Virginia


Client Description - Right at Home of Northern Virginia is a leader in the home care industry, specifically elder care. They offer a variety of Care Services to seniors and disabled adults. Their services are customized to every individual through a Custom Care Plan and the services are provided by trained, bonded and insured caregivers who are some of the best elder care professionals in the business.

Challenge - President Mark Turner has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency full-time since the office opened in 2002. During this time, Right at Home has provided quality care to more than 2,500 clients. As one of the largest offices within the National Right at Home Franchise, the Northern Virginia office is well recognized locally. Right at Home Northern Virginia has an excellent reputation in the local community while receiving referrals for services from some of the most reputable healthcare providers in the metropolitan area. 

Solution - In recent years, Right At Home of Northern Virginia has expanded its clientele and experienced some growing pains in the areas of administrative projects that came along with the growth.  In 2015, Graham & Associates was hired by Right At Home to assist with various administrative projects.  Since working together, Graham & Associates assisted in researching and procuring a new phone system for the office, recommend a new Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting software, and recommended time sheet tracking software. 

Additionally, on an ongoing basis, Graham & Associates tracks and audits care giver time sheets for monthly billing.

Results - Right At Home of Northern Virginia has been able to eliminate unnecessary expenditures, improve the efficiency of their business operations, and strengthen their customer service.




ASTA’s Young Professional Society (YPS) 

Client Description - In 2002, ASTA’s leadership created the Young Professionals Society for the purpose of networking, education, and career development for those seeking a career in the retail travel industry. YPS is a free program for ASTA members and employees of premium agencies under the age of 40. One of their objectives for YPS is to promote travel careers and encourage young people to become travel agents. 

Challenge - As with many organizations, the YPS chapter board is comprised of volunteers. As young professionals working full-time, YPS was finding it difficult to find the time and resources to accomplish all of the projects they had envisioned to support the program without additional execution support.

Solution - In 2013, Graham & Associates was hired by YPS to providing administrative services. Support included managing board meetings, social media outlets, membership campaigns, social and networking event coordination, and securing sponsorship funding.

Results - As a result of Graham & Associates’ support, YPS has increased its social media following and engagement, secured sponsorship funding, and increased YPS membership numbers. 



Justice Heating & AC, LLC    

Client Description – Established in 2008, Justice Heating & AC, LLC, is a family owned and operated business.  Harold Johnson, Owner and Principal, is a master technician with over 20 years of experience and impeccable workmanship in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. Justice Heating & AC, LLC, offers the newest technology available to ensure customer comfort, and is committed to offering the highest service standards. 

Challenge - Justice Heating & ACC, LLC, has successfully established its business via word of mouth over the years. However, to grow the businesses to the next level, the company knew that it had to establish an online presence. With little time, resources or technical know-how, the company realized that it needed a partner that could provide marketing recommendations and develop a website on its behalf. 

Solution - Graham & Associates recommended Justice Heating & AC, LLC, develop a new website that could educate consumers on its services and connect leads directly to Mr. Johnson’s mobile phone. Graham & Associates developed the site soup to nuts – selecting the imagery, writing the copy, and using tactics to enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and overall searchability of the site.

Results – Customers can now find information and book appointments via the new Justice Heating & AC, LLC website at www.justiceheatingacllc.com.   



American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA)

Client description - The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) members represent 80 percent of all travel sold in the United States through the travel agency distribution channel. Together with hundreds of internationally based members, it is the leading global advocate for travel agents, the travel industry and the traveling public. ASTA’s history of travel industry advocacy traces back to its founding in 1931.  ASTA’s  mission is to facilitate the business of selling travel through effective representation, shared knowledge and the enhancement of professionalism.

Challenge - As with most non-profit associations, ASTA has to streamline its operations and be sensitive to budget and resource constraints, while still working to service its constituents and meet organizational objectives.

Solution - Graham & Associates was retained to cost-effectively address their most pressing administrative needs. Graham & Associates provided support to the organization’s national headquarters, working to recruit new members, retain existing members, and support larger database projects.
